The nine-time Pro Bowler finished his first season with the Steelers throwing for 2,482 yards and 16 touchdowns with five interceptions. Wilson missed the first six games this season with a calf injury.
Where Will Russell Wilson End Up In 2025?
Wilson — who threw for 2,482 yards, 16 touchdowns, and five interceptions this season — signed a one-year, $1.2 million contract with the Steelers last offseason.
He is now set to become an unrestricted free agent once the official signing period opens on March 12.
Wilson met with the media and spoke about his desire to stay in Pittsburgh.
“I just love the guys,” Wilson said. “I love the locker room. I love Coach (Mike) Tomlin. Love who he is.”
It remains to be seen if Pittsburgh feels the same way about Russell Wilson.
