Raiders quarterback Gardner Minshew left Sunday’s game with an injury late in the fourth quarter after he was sacked by Denver Broncos linebackers Cody Barton and Jonathon Cooper.
Barton came down hard on Minshew, who had his left shoulder driven into the ground. Minshew remained down after the play and was in pain as Raiders medical staffers tended to him.
His injury was worse than anyone could’ve imagined.
Gardner Minshew suffered a broken collarbone in the Raiders’ 29-19 Week 12 loss to the Broncos, per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo.
His 2024 season is over.
The Las Vegas Raiders were attempting to complete a late comeback when his injury occurred.

Gardner Minshew was replaced by Desmond Ridder, who went 5 of 10 for 64 yards and got sacked two times.
Minshew completed 24-of-42 passes for 230 yards, a touchdown, and an interception before exiting Sunday’s game.
The Raiders dropped to 2-9 with Sunday’s loss and further out of the playoff picture.

Raiders quarterback Gardner Minshew suffered a season-ending collarbone injury.
He was forced to exit the Raiders’ eventual loss to the Broncos on Sunday after being slammed onto his left shoulder.
Minshew had 230 passing yards with a touchdown and interception before exiting the game in the second half.
Aidan O’Connell might be activated this week, but the Raiders could also replace Minshew by making a waiver claim for Daniel Jones or try to sign him if he clears waivers.
Jones was released earlier in the week after he was benched and demoted.
