Baltimore Ravens rookie offensive tackle Roger Rosengarten thought it would be a long shot when he asked for the jersey of Cleveland Browns star Myles Garrett during last Saturday’s game.
Garrett’s heartwarming response may have Rosengarten by surprise.
“I know I’m a nobody,” Rosengarten said to Garrett in a video captured on HBO’s “Hard Knocks.”
“But, if I could get that jersey after?”
Myles Garrett seemed to be taken aback by what he said when he delivered the most wholesome moment of the 2024 season.
“Hey, you’re in this league. Y’all are winning games, y’all looking great. You ain’t never a nobody,” Garrett responded.
Garrett had been competing against Rosengarten all game.

“What a real one. Probably said that because he’s been turned down before and/or seen videos of players saying no. Garrett is a class act,” a fourth fan said.

Myles Garrett Missed Out On Sack Crown But Still Makes History
Browns DE Myles Garrett recorded his 13th and 14th sacks of the 2024 season in Week 17 and broke records in the process.
His 13th sack made him the third player to reach that make in five or more of their first eight seasons. His last sack of the year, his 14th, made him the first player since 1982 to reach that mark in four consecutive seasons.
Garrett tried and failed to sack Lamar Jackson in their final game of the year, but he could never quite get to him.
As a result, he would lose the chance to lead the league in sacks.
