Chandler Jones isn’t allowed to tackle Kyler Murray at practice, but it’s no holds barred when it comes to verbal and/or online jabs.
On Tuesday, the Cardinals star linebacker took to Twitter and posted a statement that seemed aimed at a teammate.

Jones completed his sixth season with the Cardinals in 2021 after joining the team via trade in 2016. In 2017, Jones signed a five-year deal worth $82.5 million to remain with Arizona through this past season. Jones kicked off the season with a bang, rattling off five sacks in a winning effort over the Tennessee Titans in Week 1.
Jones finished with 10.5 sacks last season and may demand one last big deal as he will be 32 years old when the next season kicks off.
The Arizona Cardinals had a disappointing end to the season, losing 34-11 to eventual Super Bowl LVI champion Los Angeles Rams in their Super Wild Card Weekend encounter.
They started the season 7-0 and lost the NFC West to the Rams by ending with an 11-6 record.
