Imagine spending hundreds of dollars to watch a terrible team play another terrible team. And then you don’t even last until halftime because you wanted to get a close-up of the action.
That was the case on Sunday when a Jaguars fan jumped out on the field just as James Robinson was scoring. The fan was seen making his way onto the field from the back of the end zone, just as the Jags’ running back was about to punch in a one yard touchdown.
Video from the stands shows the fan celebrating the touchdown before getting tackled hard by security.
The good news for this fan is he got to see one of the few Jaguars highlights up close. The team would go on to lose to the Texans, 30-16. That loss coupled with the Lions’ win means the Jags are back in the driver’s seat for the first overall pick of the 2022 draft.
