Betting is not good for your soul. Everything can be going your way, and then the final thing you need to happen always goes awry.
Sunday afternoon in New Orleans cost one guy to win some money and he wasn’t happy about it.
Late in the 4th quarter, the New Orleans had drove down the field just far enough to give Wil Lutz a chance at a 52-yard field goal to give the Saints a 2-possession lead.
He missed that kick and the Eagles had some life. That was until Alshon Jeffrey dropped a pass that resulted in an interception and ended the game.
One guy needed Lutz to hit that field goal fairly badly, because if he had knocked it down, the Saints would’ve won by 9 points and he would’ve won $1,700.
Lutz took to Twitter and posted this about how loud the fans were in the dome.

That fan put him on blast shortly thereafter:
Same way that parlays can make you happy, it can make you sad.
