Henry Ruggs has hurt a lot of people with his reckless actions.
23-year-old Tina Tintor was just a mile away from being safe at home after dropping off a friend when Ruggs came through driving 156 mph and slammed into her Toyota. The impact sent both vehicles some 500 feet down the road. Tintor’s car with erupt in flames, trapping her and her dog inside. They would both burn to death as eyewitnesses say they heard her screaming before her death.
A fundraiser has now been created by her family.

The former Las Vegas Raiders WR is facing even more legal charges after a deadly crash that left a 23-year-old woman and her dog dead.
Prosecutors now intend to charge Ruggs with additional counts of DUI and reckless driving, both resulting in substantial bodily harm, as well as possession of a firearm while under the influence, a misdemeanor, according to Rio Lacanlale of the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Ruggs had already been facing two felony charges of DUI and reckless driving, both resulting in death. The DUI resulting in death charge carries a sentence of 2-20 years, while the reckless driving charge is 1-6 years.
With the new charges on him, Ruggs now reportedly faces up to 40 years in prison.
Less than 24 hours after the crash, the Raiders released Ruggs.
