Every sports fan knows just how insanely overpriced food and drinks are at concession at sporting venues, especially when it comes to the NFL.
But Atlanta Falcons’ and Atlanta United FC owner Arthur Blank is kind enough to not only make concession prices reasonable, but to offer incredible deals that you would be lucky to find at just about any restaurant/eatery.
As you can see in the tweet below, the food and drink prices at the Falcons’ and Atlanta United FC home venue of Mercedes-Benz Stadium are so ridiculously cheap that you can get the following for just $20: A bag of popcorn, chicken strips and fries, a hot dog, nachos, a soft drink, a soft pretzel and a giant slice of pizza.
If only more sporting venues were willing to offer deals at least somewhat close to that…
Mercedes-Benz Stadium opened in 2017, replacing the historic Georgia Dome. Aside from serving as the home of the Falcons and Atlanta United FC, several annual NCAA games like the Peach Bowl and SEC Championship Game are held here.
The venue also hosted Super Bowl 53 between the New England Patriots and Los Angeles Rams in 2019, with Tom Brady and company securing the franchise its sixth Super Bowl of the century.
