The Dallas Cowboys are currently in Hawaii for their next preseason contest against the Los Angeles Rams.
At the same time that is happening, running back Ezekiel Elliott still remains away from the team as he fights for a new contract. Elliott took his talents to Cabo this summer as the rest of the team went to training camp, but it seems that time has ended.
Earlier this weekend, the star running back was reportedly spotted on a flight leaving Mexico for Dallas, Cowboys insider Mike Leslie confirming as much.
“The decision to fly home is not necessarily indicative that a deal is imminent, but it also isn’t a bad sign,” Leslie said.
