Well, wouldn’t this be a reunion like no other?
Last month, the Dallas Cowboys released star running back Ezekiel Elliott from his contract. Fast forward to the third week of April, and the 2016 first-round pick and two-time rushing champion remains a free agent.
Chef Hoppie, a Texas-based celebrity chef, posted several photos of the PrimeTime of Culinary Documentary Premiere, which consisted of Elliott and Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott. Per J.R. De Groote of Heavy.com, Elliott shared the photo on his Instagram story.

Are the recent reunions serving as a hint that we may see Elliott and Prescott reunite in Dallas after all? Anything is possible, and speculation won’t go away until Elliott officially signs a contract, be it with Dallas or someone else.
Tony Pollard finished the 2022 season as the Cowboys’ leading rusher, recording a career-high 1,007 rushing yards and nine touchdowns. That made Elliott expendable, and the difficult cap situation made it almost impossible for Jerry Jones to keep both running backs. The Cowboys placed the franchise tag on Pollard, thus preventing him from entering free agency.
For his career, Elliott has 8,262 rushing yards and 68 touchdowns to go along with 305 receptions for 2,336 receiving yards and 12 receiving touchdowns.
