That photo above caused Ezekiel Elliott a bunch of criticism as fans and haters believed that he had gained a bunch of weight during the offseason.
Over the weekend, the Cowboys running back participated in Von Miller Day in DeSoto, Texas, where he posed for a photo with the Broncos star and his comments on his Instagram suggested he hadn’t been keeping in shape.
“1st year you tore it up. Last year you looked a little out of shape and were a bit disappointing. Get in the gym and help get us a superbowl. Stay focused man,” one follower seethed.
“He on that Eddie Lacy offseason diet,” chimed in another.
“Looks like they been feeding you too much bruh,” posted one commenter.
Elliott, not one to take criticism without responding, took to social media and silenced his haters by jumping on a scale to prove he isn’t fat.
