Former Notre Dame and NFL defensive lineman Louis Nix III is reportedly missing, according to Action News Jacksonville reporter Ben Becker.
Becker stated that he eceived a text message from Nix’s mother stating that Nix has not been seen since leaving his father’s house Feb. 23rd in Jacksonville.
His mother also believes Nix to be in danger telling Becker that “this is out of the normal for him.”
It was just back in December when Nix was shockingly shot while putting air in his tires.
“I just got shot,” Nix said in the live video. “I was putting air in my tires. If I don’t make it, I really do love everybody. I can’t contact nobody right now. I love ya’ll, man. If I don’t make it, this is the only way I can tell all my family members. My phone is about to die.”
The former Fighting Irish standout was selected in the 3rd round of the 2014 NFL Draft by the Houston Texans after playing for Notre Dame from 2010 to 2014.
