The Cleveland Browns can do nothing right in 2019. Even when the team wins a game, there seems to be something going on that takes away from it to make it feel like a loss.
After the team’s victory over the Cincinnati Bengals — QB Baker Mayfield took it upon himself to call out the training staff for how they handled the Odell Beckham Jr. injury from training camp.
Fans may love his attitude and persona, but he definitely rubs current and former players the wrong way.
Orlando Scandrick, a former cornerback for the Dallas Cowboys, appeared on FS1’s The Herd to discuss various topics that included the Browns quarterback.
“Baker Mayfield has so much confidence and arrogance to have done nothing,” Scandrick told Colin Cowherd. “He’s an interception machine and doesn’t do anything but rub people the wrong way.”
Mayfield currently has more interceptions thrown than touchdowns. He will look to keep the Browns slim playoff hopes alive on Sunday when they take on the Arizona Cardinals.
