Former Browns offensive tackle Joe Thomas retired in 2017, weighing as much as 312 pounds during his career to make sure the many quarterbacks that came through Cleveland would stay upright and healthy.
Weighing over 300 pounds was ideal for his position, but not so much when he’s not playing a physical game any longer and living just a regular life.
It was just last year when Thomas revealed that he dropped about 50 pounds of his playing weight, but he wasn’t nearly done. Fast forward to 2019 and the former all-pro is now showing off his chiseled physique and sharing his secrets on his body transformation.
The 10-time Pro Bowler and future Hall of Famer says he’s been swimming like crazy and it has certainly helped.
