Joy Taylor, the well-known Fox Sports host, has had a terrible start to 2025, and she may not recover from it any time soon.

Taylor has found herself in the midst of a scandal, facing allegations of workplace misconduct and alleged affairs.

The situation escalated after Noushin Faraji, a stylist who worked for Fox Sports for an extended period, filed a 42-page lawsuit detailing allegations of sexual harassment within the workplace.

Faraji accused prominent figures like Skip Bayless and Charlie Dixon of inappropriate behavior and claimed that Joy Taylor not only dismissed her complaints of being sexually harassed but stated she started a sexual relationship with Dixon to further her career.

That affair allegedly began in 2016, the same year she married Richard Giannotti.

It is alleged that Giannotti ‘became suspicious’ that Taylor and Dixon were having a sexual relationship when they attended a dinner with Dixon’s wife in 2016. He would soon file for divorce, and they would be separated by 2017.

Richard Giannotti is a former professional baseball player who earned a scholarship to the University of Miami, where he pursued a degree in business administration while continuing to shine as a star outfielder.

Giannotti enjoyed a successful eight-year career after being drafted by the Anaheim Angels in 2004.

Giannotti has since pivoted into a career in wealth management.
