The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback just recently posted himself working out in the gym this week, but this might be his most insane workout yet, not because it was tough, but because it was so ridiculous.
Russell Wilson could be seen lifting one side of three weights on a bar but he looked as if he was doing something else. Not to mention, he was wearing sunglasses.

Russell Wilson was officially released by the Broncos in March and joined the Steelers on a one-year deal worth the veteran minimum of $1.2 million.
