It certainly looks like the New York Giants have hit rock bottom.
Following an ugly road loss to the San Francisco 49ers on “Thursday Night Football” in Week 3, the Saquon Barkley-less Giants came home for a Week 4 Monday night contest against the Seattle Seahawks at MetLife Stadium.
Seattle made easy work of a sloppy Giants team on Monday night, getting non-stop pressure on quarterback Daniel Jones. New York’s o-line was unquestionably overmatched all night long, but it didn’t excuse 2022 first-round pick Evan Neal from not even trying on this one play:
That certainly doesn’t look like someone who’s supposed to be a franchise-changing offensive tackle. Of course, Neal isn’t the only Giant who has played well below expectations through the club’s first four games.
