There’s been a lot of mockery of Chris Broussard over the years, but his latest mistake clearly takes the cake for a sports analyst who should know which players play on what team.
The latest came Tuesday on FS1’s First Things First where the man with no sources cited an injury to Taylor Lewan for why the Buffalo Bills failed on a fourth-and-one running play Monday night. Lewan plays for the Tennessee Titans, the Bills’ opponent in that game.
ESPN NFL analyst Ryan Clark couldn’t help but to roast him on ESPN’s NFL Live.
““I believe in the Buffalo Bills. I believe we can make this cake, I believe that we can win. Now, if you listen to a lot of the experts that have spoken today, many people would say Taylor Lewan’s injury had a lot to do with the fact that they weren’t able to convert a fourth down.”
Broussard has not spoken out about his mistake, just simply trying to tweet through it until it goes away.
As far as Taylor Lewan goes, who got carted off the field on Monday night, he was being evaluated for a concussion and had movement in all of his extremities.

Taylin Lewan, his wife, said she got to him as fast as possible, thanks to the Tennessee Titans staff.
“One of the scariest moments of my life,” Taylin Lewan tweeted on Tuesday afternoon. “Thank you for your prayers. Thank you @Titans for getting me to him right away so I could get my arms around him. He was already asking to go back in by the time I got there. The boy has a spirit of a cockroach, you cant kill it.”
Taylor Lewan tweeted Tuesday he is “alright” and thanked everyone for the thoughts and prayers.
