The entire NFL is honoring Damar Hamlin during this weekend’s games.
The league itself has deployed an assortment of measures to show their support for the Buffalo Bills safety after Monday night’s scare. Among them are a moment of silence, pregame shirts and special markings on the field.
ESPN also decided to get in on the positive vibes with a little tribute of their own during Saturday night’s win-or-go-home game between the Tennessee Titans and the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Those who tuned into the game may have noticed that ESPN has flipped the “E” on their microphones to make it a “3.”
Joe Buck and Troy Aikman’s mics have the “3” in support of Hamlin. And so does Lise Salters’ mic on the sidelines.

Damar Hamlin is clearly on the minds of everyone in the football world this weekend. What happened less than a week ago at Paycor Stadium shook the entire NFL community, but it also brought everyone together and helped remind us how sports can truly bring out the best in us sometimes.
Perhaps the most important part is that Hamlin continues to improve every day. That has obviously made it that much easier for everyone to get back to playing football.
