Josh Giddey isn’t the only one being criticized in the ongoing situation of allegations that he is dating a young girl.
Malika Andrews’ lack of reporting on the issue has drawn the ire of social media. The controversy around the Australian shooting guard of the Oklahoma City Thunder continues to develop with more videos and photos of him and the girl in question surfacing online through social media.
Andrews came under fire for her covering of the issue which some fans think is race-related since she is known to talk about the bad things of Black players so much.
The ESPN host caught major issue for her bringing up former Alabama Crimson Tide star Brandon Miller on the night of the NBA Draft in regards to a gun that was allegedly used by one of his teammates in a fatal shooting in Tuscaloosa. Miller allegedly had no knowledge of the intent to use the weapon in a shooting.
Former Dallas Cowboys star Dez Bryant had issues with that and now her response over Giddey.
“Why haven’t you said nothing about Josh Giddey,” he tweeted.
“I advise you not to make this a black or white thing,” he continued.
“Your parents really raised you wrong and just because you went to a private school don’t make you better.”

The criticism isn’t actually levied at anything Malika has said, but is in fact at the silence she’s had on the matter despite previously being outspoken on other NBA players of a different race.
To be fair, she finally spoke on the matter on Monday but many noticed she looked rather uncomfortable doing so. Malika is not one to respond to the backlash that she receives and she will likely ignore this wave of hate as well.
Responding to it only makes it worse and lasts longer.
