Laura Rutledge’s house is absolutely stunning, with the ESPN reporter and host having moved from Manhattan to Connecticut.
Rutledge is thought to be one of the employees with a bright ESPN future. She now hosts the network’s NFL Live and is also a major contributor when it comes to college football coverage at The Worldwide Leader in Sports.
Laura and her husband Josh Rutledge, a former Major League Baseball player, lived in Manhattan before selling their apartment and moving to CT. They have a young daughter named Reese and are expecting a second child ( a boy).
According to property records, the couple’s new home, which is located in the Connecticut woods, costs a whopping $1.1 million. The home was constructed by a man named Craig Yard, who lost a battle to cancer last year, and his family was keen on selling it to someone who would appreciate it.
The ESPN host recently took to TikTok to give fans a first-rate tour of her living space, which you could see right below:
Laura has shared lots of content from her house, some of which show her daughter, as well as the family dog.

She will be giving birth any time now as she’s nine months pregnant. The media star recently spoke to The Athletic about managing her pregnancy while covering both the NFL and college seasons, as well as this year’s draft.
“It’s very special to me to look back one day and say, ‘Wow, I had our son with me on this assignment.’ He’s been with me the entire football season,” she told the publication in April. “He covered the College Football Playoff and Super Bowl and all these cool moments. As a woman in this business, it matters to me to try and show our kids that we can do all of this. It’s not going to be easy, and we’ve got to be fighters and really strong. But I am thankful that I’m able to do it.”
Well, he’s going to grow up in an incredible house.
