Many of our favorite personalities from ESPN are finding out today that they no longer have a job.
It’s been a dark day at the Worldwide Leader in Sports, as popular on-air talents like Jeff Van Gundy, Jalen Rose, Keyshawn Johnson and Max Kellerman have all been handed their pink slips.
And the layoffs didn’t end there.
It was also reported that ESPN’s football coverage would look a lot different next year, and we’re quickly finding out why.
According to the latest report from NY Post’s Andrew Marchand, Suzy Kolber will no longer be a part of the “Monday Night Football” crew. She has officially been let go by the network.

Kolber also took to Twitter to announce the sad news to her fans.
“Today I join the many hard-working colleagues who have been laid off,” she told her Twitter followers. “Heartbreaking, but 27 years at ESPN was a good run. So grateful for a 38 yr career!”
Kolber also said that her next project would be something that “gives back.”
She wasn’t the only Monday Night Football member to be let go, either. NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Steve Young was also dumped by ESPN.
That’s two big-time talents who will no longer be appearing on Monday Night Countdown. As for the network’s plans on replacing them, we should find that out in the coming months.
