After a rather shaky 2018 season where fans complained in the thousands about how bad the crew of Jason Witten, Joe Tessitore, and Booger McFarland were, the Worldwide Leader in Sports had an opportunity to correct it going forward.
After much speculation, ESPN announced that Joe Tessitore, Booger McFarland would be returning but with a surprise addition to replace Witten.
Not exactly what fans were hoping for, but it can’t possibly get any worse than the 2018 season, right? Right?
Fans were hoping for either Peyton Manning or Pat McAfee as possible candidates, but Manning has already stated he wants nothing to do with broadcasting, and we’re not sure why McAfee wasn’t given the position.
Well, at least the Booger Mobile has been retired forever.
