Erin Andrews was impressed with how future “NFL on Fox” coworker Tom Brady handled the many roasts he received on Sunday night.
Netflix aired “The Roast of Tom Brady” live on Sunday evening, an event where notable celebrities of all sorts showed up to roast the seven-time Super Bowl champion. Kevin Hart hosted the event which included appearances from the likes of Kim Kardashian, Jeff Ross, Nikki Glaser, Sam Jay, Tony Hinchcliffe, Bill Belichick, Robert Kraft, Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski.
Speaking to People about the unforgettable evening of Brady getting roasted, Erin Andrews praised her new coworker for being such a good sport throughout the night
“It was hysterical. Hysterical. You know, a couple of my teammates were on it…I thought they were phenomenal,. I thought Coach Belichick was freaking awesome. They were such good sports.”
Andrews also complimented Hart’s “amazing” performance as the host, stating that her “face was hurting from laughing” during the roast.

Tom Brady also got the opportunity to roast back some of the folks who poked fun at him. He teased Kardashian by stating that her kids are at home with her ex-husband, Kanye West. Kardashian and West had a highly-publicized divorce that was finalized in 2022.
Brady teased longtime friend (and on-field rival) Peyton Manning by telling The Sheriff that he’ll “always live in my shadow.” Oh, and he absolutely crushed the NFL by seemingly admitting that he was part of the infamous Deflategate scandal.
Tom Brady & Erin Andrews Will Start Working Together This Fall
It’s been two years since Brady and FOX Sports agreed to a mammoth 10-year contract worth $375 million. Many assumed that the seven-time Super Bowl champion would begin the deal right after his playing career, but that obviously wasn’t the case.
But Brady is finally set to begin the contract this fall. He’ll work with Andrews and play-by-play voice Kevin Burkhardt on the network’s top commentary team. Andrews, Brady, and Burkhardt will be on the call for Super Bowl LIX next February, which will run on Feb. 9 at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.
The NFL will release its 2024 regular season schedule next week. That means we won’t have to wait much longer to see some of the games that Brady will call.
