Erin Andrews wants to send an apology to Kyle Shanahan over an interaction she had with him last week.
The Fox sideline reporter was on duty for the big game that featured the Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco at Lincoln Financial Field.
Andrews explains she had to track down the San Francisco 49ers head coach to speak to him at halftime right after she took seven sprays of Listerine due to her having to be in his face and asking questions.
She explained that the tunnel was extremely tight so she was really up on his body asking these questions as she tried to dodge others. She said she was unable to speak properly because she was forced to yell as Eagles fans hurled down NSFW language at the coach.
“The tunnel is so tight, we’re walking fast. We’re dodging guys,” she said. “I’m like on him, on him, hitting him, like body checking him and then my breath is in his face and I can’t speak properly because I’m trying to yell.”
In the end, she felt bad about it.
