Eminem was a very happy man after the Detroit Lions clinched the NFC North with a win over the Vikings on Sunday.
The world-famous rapper is a Detroit native and talks up his city on many of his records. So he was very pleased to see them seal a trip to the playoffs for the first time since 2016 and win their division for the first time in three decades.
Em took to X, formerly Twitter, to commemorate the achievement,
“@Lions I did it!!!!!” he posted, suggesting he’d gone and won the NFC North all by himself.
He quickly realized his error before tweeting a correction.
“WE did it dammit still figuring out how 2 use this thing,” he wrote as a follow-up.
