Eli Manning is feeling vindicated this week.
Earlier this season, the former Giants quarterback, appearing on the ESPN2 “Manningcast” with his brother Peyton, talked about how Eagles fans are infamous for sticking up double middle fingers. Talking about it was one thing, but he had to show the world how it was done.
Manning was forced to apologize and several FCC complaints were levied, but it appears that an apology needs to be given back to him.
On Tuesday Night Football, the Eagles were on TV playing the Washington Football Team, and there was a fan shown by FOX cameras giving the double salute.
“I told you so!” Manning exclaimed.
