The Cincinnati Bengals stunned the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship game Sunday, and it didn’t take long for the things to spill over on social media.
Bengals cornerback Eli Apple stopped Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill one-yard short of the goal line as time expired in the first half of Sunday’s AFC championship which would turn out to be a huge play.
Apple, who recently embraced becoming a social media villian, took to Twitter and threw shots at Tyreek Hill.
Hill then responded:

However, Apple continued the trolling by stating he would purchase Super Bowl tickets for Mecole Hardman and Hill.
Apple, the 2016 10th-overall pick by the New York Giants, recorded seven combined tackles, six of which were solo tackles. Hill managed to catch 7-of-10 targets for 78 yards and a touchdown.
The Cincinnati Bengals are heading to Super Bowl 56 by way of their 27-24 overtime victory over the Kansas City Chiefs, clinching their first AFC championship since the 1988 season.
