On Tuesday, Le’Veon Bell practiced with a football team for the FIRST TIME in 18 months. It’s been a long road for a guy who refused to report to the Pittsburgh Steelers due to contract issues and ultimately gained his right to pick any team he wanted to sign to during the offseason.
Here he is dawning the New York Jets colors for the first time.
According to ESPN NFL Nation reporter Rich Cimini — Bell looked “rusty and tentative” during his first day of minicamp.
Rich Cimini also stated that Bell was “looking a bit lost, quite frankly” and noted he wasn’t getting involved much in the offense.

Bell looking rusty out on the field shouldn’t be all that shocking, but just maybe it could’ve looked a lot better if he had attended OTA’s. Unfortunately, Bell has already stated he will not be attending the last week of OTA’s, opting to train in Florida as he always has.
