Back in 2020, a wild story emerged involving former NFL star safety Earl Thomas. At the time, it was reported that Thomas was caught by his wife having a threesome with his brother and another woman.
According to the details, Thomas had left his home earlier in the day after an argument with his wife over his drinking. He was picked up by his brother, Seth Thomas, but his wife Nina got suspicious and logged into his Snapchat account, which is how she found out his whereabouts.
That’s when things get really crazy, as Nina supposedly got a couple of friends and went to confront Earl and Seth at the location where they were engaging in the sexual act. Nina reportedly got a hold of Earl’s 9mm Beretta, but the seven-time Pro Bowler was able to wrestle it away from her.
The police reports state that Nina had a knife in her hand when officers arrived on scene, while Thomas was holding the gun.
When cops arrived, they say “we observed that a black female wearing an orange sweater with a knife in her hand, later identified as Nina Thomas, was chasing a shirtless black male, later identified as Earl Thomas, with a pistol in his hand around a vehicle.”
Now, there’s video of that exact moment, which shows police confronting Nina and Earl in the parking lot. In the video you can hear Earl tell the officers, “This is my wife, she caught me cheating.”

The incident took place on April 13, 2020.
Nina could later be seen explaining exactly what transpired to officers, as it was all captured on their body cams. Via TMZ:
“So,” she said during the interview, “my husband has been leaving — we’ve been having problems. He’s been leaving off and on all weekend. And he said he was hanging with some buddies. And I didn’t believe that, because we’ve had issues in the past. So I hacked his Snapchat and found his location here.”
“I was calling, I was texting,” she continued. “And I didn’t know which room it was, and then from pictures, I recognized the lights inside. And I just so happened to turn the handle and the door was open.”
Nina — who had a cut on her hand — also told the officers that she had brought Earl’s gun to the location in order to scare him. She insisted it was not loaded while adding that she had grabbed the knife from the Airbnb during the dispute.
After all of this, Nina was eventually arrested. However, her case was eventually dismissed following multiple court hearings. As for Earl Thomas, he was not arrested or charged for anything as a result of the incident.
