Earl Thomas sure knows how to make things worse for himself.
The All-Pro defensive back got into a fight with teammate Chuck Clark on Friday and got sent home as a result. He was then asked not to practice with the team on Saturday and possibly on Sunday as well.
There have been heavy rumors that the Baltimore Ravens could release him for his actions. On Saturday night, he took to Instagram story and sent the Baltimore Ravens a very clear message from a fan that stated: “Ravens, y’all better not cut Earl Thomas.”
Thomas has since un-shared that message from his Instagram Story. As we know now, the team went ahead and did just that on Sunday and will also be fighting to not have to pay him the $10 million in guaranteed money he would’ve been owed in 2020.
Thomas’ crazy 2020 seems to get worse and worse.
