On Sunday, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the Philadelphia Eagles 33-16, which had a lot of mistakes from the Eagles. However, the biggest blunder likely came from linebacker Devin White for what he did mid-game.
In the third quarter, Tampa Bay linebacker Lavonte David stripped the ball from Jalen Hurts while the Eagles were in the red zone. The NFL then reposted footage of the forced fumble with the caption, “Lavonte David STRIP SACK.“
White must have a strong media presence even when the game is going on because he accidentally retweeted the post.
It’s super bizarre that he would be reposting highlights that are coming against his current team.
White later explained that it was a mistake by tweeting, “I only meant to [heart emoji] it !! That’s my twin 4Life ‘it’s in my favorites.'”

The bizarre story doesn’t end there either, as he was hit with a performance-enhancing substance test right after, and he believes it was because of the tweet. What’s even worse is he included the phone number of the person texting him.

It’s a pretty poor look for White, who has not made any major contributions to the Eagles since signing with them in free agency this past summer.
Devin White Has Yet To See The Field This Season
Many thought White would become a great linebacker after his fast start in Tampa Bay. In his first two seasons, he was named to the Second Team All-Pro List and then made the Pro Bowl the following year.
However, he fell off after those two great years, which caused Tampa Bay not to bring him back once he became a free agent after 2023.
The Eagles signed him to a one-year $4 million deal, but he has yet to record a single statistic.
