Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts will miss practice on Saturday ahead of his team’s ‘Monday Night Football’ fixture against the Seattle Seahawks.
Eagles reporter Jeff McLane is reporting that the signal-caller is staying out with an illness, though he is expected to travel with the team to Seattle and play in Monday’s game. While there is some reason for worry as one can never tell, it could be a lot worse as Hurts has dealt with a knee injury this season.
While an illness is unlikely to keep the Eagles QB out on Monday, the Eagles will need him at his best as every game matters even more now given that the San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys have both caught up to them.
The upcoming Seahawks clash is a must-win if they want to give themselves a chance at regaining control of the NFC.
