The last thing the Philadelphia Eagles need is more controversy amid a 2-game losing streak that has seen them getting blown out by the Minnesota Vikings and Dallas Cowboys in back-to-back weeks.
During Sunday Night Football, the Eagles never really competed during that game, despite everything they threw at the Cowboys…and that included punches.
The below clip shows Eagles defender Fletcher Cox apparently punching Cowboys offensive lineman Zack Martin after he was taken down to the ground by his legs.
Cox wasn’t penalized and nobody on the field noticed it. Now that this footage is out there, the league is likely to look at it and determine whether a fine or suspension is warranted because of it.
Eagles defense is already terrible, losing Cox would make it that much worse.
