Philadelphia poles were greased ahead of Sunday afternoon’s NFC Championship game between the Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco 49ers.
Those fans are known to get hype. The game was pretty much over after the 49ers lost two quarterbacks to injury, but it wasn’t going to damper the evening for Eagles fans.
As for those greased poles, they did not work.
The Philadelphia Eagles cruised to a 31-7 win over the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship Game on Sunday afternoon at Lincoln Financial Field to clinch a berth in the Super Bowl for the first time since 2018.

Hurts had a solid performance against the 49ers on Sunday, completing 15 of 25 passes for 121 yards. He did not have to do much against a 49ers team who lost both QBs in this game to injury.
