C.J. Gardner-Johnson has had enough of Antonio Brown and decided to take his beef with him into the studio.
The Philadelphia Eagles experienced an embarrassing end-of-season collapse last season due to too many distractions on the field, but they have added some new and familiar players to hopefully turn things around. But C.J. Gardner-Johnson, one of those recent arrivals, is getting into a major beef with Antonio Brown.
It all started with a music video that Eagles safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson, also known as “SOG Ceedy,” released last week for his new song, “Motion.” The video became popular on social media.
Antonio Brown took notice of the video and let Gardner-Johnson know how he felt about it.
“Trash,” Brown wrote simply from his official X account.
Gardner-Johnson noticed the disrespect and responded by taking some personal shots at Brown, who reportedly filed for bankruptcy recently.

He further attacked Antonio Brown by getting in the booth and dropping a diss track aimed at the former NFL wide receiver. Gardner-Johnson had Brown’s jersey in the clip, and it changed his name to ‘clown.’
But he has a history of falling out with wide receivers. Of particular note was Gardner-Johnson’s online altercation with Deebo Samuel while he was a player for the Philadelphia Eagles. It all began when Gardner-Johnson made fun of Deebo Samuels for a video that showed him fighting at the 49ers and Chicago Bears pregame brawl in October 2023.
Antonio Brown May Make an NFL Comeback in 2024
Antonio Brown’s latest declaration that he will return to the NFL in 2024 is evidence of his enduring love for the game of football. Brown announced his retirement, yet his desire to play again betrays an unmet desire to compete at the greatest level.
It is impossible to ignore Brown’s remarkable history as a four-time All-Pro wide receiver. During his prime years, he was selected for seven Pro Bowls and won consecutive All-Pro awards from 2014 to 2017, via Wikipedia. These accomplishments cemented his standing as a top player.
