EA Sports has added two new commentary crews to Madden 25.
The video game publisher announced the cover athlete for the inbound title earlier this week, unveiling San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey as the new face of the Madden franchise.
A subsequent blog post reveals several other new features, including two fresh commentary teams set to join Brandon Gaudin and Charles Davis.
The game’s dev team disclosed that 42,200 new voice lines will be added to Madden 25 and distributed across the three announcer pairs.
“Play-by-play never sounded so good,” the announcement reads. “Two new teams join the booth to accompany Brandon Gaudin and Charles Davis for the first time in eight years. Mike Tirico and former NFL TE Greg Olsen are paired up, along with Kate Scott and former NFL QB Brock Huard.
“These new teams are here to refresh your Madden NFL experience and bring it to life with over 42,000 fresh recordings at launch, with multiple in-season updates to keep it fresh. (New commentary on PS5®, XBOX Series X|S, and PC only)”
