Back in January, the New England Patriots were being subjected to bad behavior during the AFC Championship game after cameras caught someone in the thousands of Chiefs fans shining a green laser pointer in the face of Patriots QB Tom Brady.
Because of those videos, the NFL launched an investigation in order to discover who was pointing the laser.
Fast forward to April 2019 and a 64-year-old Missouri man has not only been found but has been cited for allegedly shining that laser pointer on Tom Brady during January’s AFC Championship Game, Glenn E. Rice of the Kansas City Star reports.
The alleged culprit, Dwyan Morgan, could receive a one-year jail sentence or a fine of up to $1,000 for disturbing the peace.
The Chiefs fan is also in danger of receiving a lifetime ban from Arrowhead Stadium.
