Nobody loves the NFL Draft more than Drew Pearson.
Among the special announcements and pick announcers tonight was the Dallas Cowboys’ legendary WR.
2021 Pro Football Hall of Famer and former wide receiver Drew Pearson had his moment in the spotlight making the announcement for the Cowboys.
In true Pearson fashion, he stepped up to the microphone and made sure he got booed by mentioning the accomplishments of the Dallas Cowboys.
Tight end Luke Schoonmaker was selected by the Dallas Cowboys with the 27th pick in the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft, No. 58 overall, on Friday.

Schoonmaker follows fellow Wolverines teammate Mazi Smith, who also went to the Cowboys at No. 26.
Listed at 6-foot-5 and 251 pounds, Schoonmaker is a versatile tight end who can do it all for a team that certainly needs him to do just that.
At the NFL Scouting Combine back in March, Schoonmaker ran the 40-yard dash in 4.63 seconds, posted a 33 1/2-inch vertical jump and a 10-foot, 7-inch broad jump.
During his five-year career at Michigan, Schoonmaker was a two-time all-Big Ten selection while playing in 43 games, catching 54 passes for 637 yards and seven touchdowns.
