Doug Pederson met with the media on Monday after the Philadelphia Eagles had a brutal home loss the Los Angles Rams that left them winless on the young season.
Pederson held a zoom meeting with most of the questions surrounding quarterback Carson Wentz and his struggles through the first two weeks of the season.
Pederson was asked about the playcalling, Wentz’s crucial late-game interception, and whether his franchise quarterback had regressed as a passer.
The same problems from Wentz’s rookie year still exist five years later. Wentz has played a total of nine postseason snaps while the Eagles have compiled a 14-15 record in the 29 starts since Wentz tore his ACL in December of that 2017 season.
