On Thursday, Donald Trump surrendered to authorities in Fulton County, Georgia on charges for attempting to overturn state’s 2020 election results.
Trump became the first former U.S. President to have their mug shot taken, as well as the first to face formal charges. According to jail records, the 77-year-old Trump is listed at 6-foot-3 and 215 pounds.
Trump’s recorded measurements went viral on the internet, with many on X (formerly known as Twitter) making jokes about him weighing 215 pounds. For what it’s worth, Trump was reported to be at 244 pounds in weight back in 2020.
The reported measurements of Trump caused many on X to compare his frame to several high-profile professional athletes. In fact, the reported 6-foot-3 height and 215-pound weight are exactly the measurements of New Orleans Saints’ quarterback Derek Carr.
