Things were just going too well for the Miami Dolphins and now they have just possibly lost a huge player for the year.
Dolphins edge rusher Jaelan Phillips suffered a noncontact injury and had to be carted off the field.
He looks to have popped his Achilles on that dreaded MetLife Turf and his season might be over.
He was carted off the field a short time later.
Phillips had four tackles, a sack, two quarterback hits, and three tackles for loss on Friday.
The turf at MetLife Stadium has long been a subject of criticism from NFL players and now it is going to be talked about yet again.
