A Philadelphia Eagles fan who was caught on video verbally abusing a female Packers fan has been fired from his job after he was identified and outed as a business analyst working for a management consultancy that focuses on implementing DEI strategies.
That wasn’t all fans found out about Ryan Caldwell.
Caldwell also reportedly used the pronouns’ they/them’ to describe his employment background in his bio.
The 45-year-old worked for BCT Partners, based in East Brunswick, New Jersey, which boasts that it “harnesses the power of diversity, insights, and innovation to transform lives.”
Once social media found out this information about the Eagles fan, fans couldn’t help but comment.
“The Eagles Fan expresses his pronouns as “they/them” and works as a consultant for a DEI think-tank. Correction: he worked at a DEI think-tank,” one fan said.

Correction: he worked at a DEI think-tank.
“According to The Daily Mail, the jerk Eagles fan who menaced the Packers fan used the pronouns “they/them.” I thought nothing could make me feel better after that debacle of a game last night. I was wrong,” another fan said.

“I think it’s a shame that a “man” who works in hospitality &DEI promotion & uses they/them pronouns has to use such a demeaning name toward a woman just because she’s rooting for a team opposite of his. Seems slightly opposite of what he claims his beliefs are, wouldn’t you say,” another fan commented about the Eagles fan.

Eagles Fan Ryan Caldwell May Have To Move And Change His Name
Philadelphia supporter Ryan Caldwell, who could be heard calling a woman derogatory names, is public enemy number one.
The 45-year-old has been fired from his job as a business analyst for a DEI-focused management consultancy after being outed on social media.
The Eagles have also banned him from attending all future events at Lincoln Financial Field.
Caldwell will find it hard to find another job with his name floating across multiple articles.
His best move forward is to disappear, move somewhere else, and change his name.
