Fast forward to 2020 and he might end up getting a 1-year ‘prove it’ type of deal anyway as he tries to make his way back into the league.
The Baltimore Ravens are in training camp, preparing for the 2020 regular season with their eyes set on Super Bowl LV. On Monday, it was reported former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant is set to work out for the Ravens. Bryant last played football in 2017 for Dallas, meaning he’s been out of the game for two full seasons.
After turning down the Ravens — Bryant instead signed with the New Orleans Saints, but he suffered a torn Achilles in practice before he could even take a regular-season snap.

Earlier this offseason, Bryant called joining Baltimore one of his “dream goals.”
Over eight years with the Cowboys, Bryant accounted for 7,459 receiving yards and 73 receiving touchdowns.
