The Detroit Lions are not letting this go.
The Detroit Lions made light of last week’s controversial trick play ahead of Sunday’s matchup vs. the Minnesota Vikings.
We all know how the Lions attempted a two-point conversion last Saturday vs. the Dallas Cowboys with 20 seconds remaining to essentially win the game. However, Jared Goff’s pass to offensive tackle Taylor Decker was called back as officials determined that Decker did not report as an eligible receiver and they negated the conversion.
On Sunday, the Lions X account decided to troll the officials when Decker arrived at Ford Field. The team posted a video of him opening the door with the caption “Reporting for duty.”
Decker added to it by replying with “This is not me,” a clear shot at the fact that the officials thought he was a different player.
The Lions then showed a video of Skipper saying “here you are.”

Sensational.
After the dust has settled on Week 17, the Lions and Vikings both have something to play for in Sunday’s season finale at Ford Field.
Detroit can earn the No. 2 seed if they win and Philadelphia and Dallas lose, while Minnesota needs a bunch of things to happen to make it to the playoffs.
