Deshaun Watson had an extremely blunt message for one of his teammates on Twitter.
On Monday, governor Greg Abbott announced plans and certain phases to gradually open the state of Texas following a shutdown to the coronavirus pandemic. The reopening of the state will begin on May 1st.
The news was celebrated by Houston defensive end Charles Omenihu who took to Twitter to say, “They opening Texas Friday ?? God has answered my prayers,” he wrote.
Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson quickly replied to him with a blunt response.
“Man, keep yo ass in the house bruh! Lol,” he wrote.

Houston’s defensive lineman later went back to Twitter to clairfy his thoughts.
“Disclaimer, I still (advise) everyone to stay inside, and wear a mask wash your hands all that, but I just want to have a season is that too much to ask for,” he wrote.
Omenihu produced 3.0 sacks, 5 quarterback hits and creating 2 forced fumbles during the 2019 season.
