Deshaun Watson has extremely quiet since multiple massage therapists came out against him and his behavior during massage sessions dating back to last offseason.
The Pro Bowl quarterback and reigning NFL passing yardage leader has now posted workout clips on Instagram of himself doing throwing and footwork drills. Watson appears to be in excellent shape while he contends with 22 civil lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct.
Before his allegations, he had demanded a trade from the Texans. There were even rumors he might sit out the season to get what he wanted. There is no word on whether he will be suspended for the upcoming season or some games after the NFL concludes their own investigation.
Watson competed 70.2 percent of his passes last season for a career-high and franchise-record 4,823 yards, 33 touchdowns, seven interceptions and a 112.6 passer rating for a 4-12 Texans team.
Watson has passed for 14,539 career yards, 104 touchdowns and 36 interceptions. He has rushed for 1,677 career yards with 17 touchdown runs in four NFL seasons.
