DeSean Jackson’s time in Tampa Bay appears to be over.
The veteran wide receiver has stated many times over the past few months about his willingness to be traded or released from the struggling franchise and it looks like he’ll finally get his wish.
On Monday, Jackson took to Instagram and gave his goodbye message:
“Tampa it was a great experience, but things didn’t work out,” Jackson wrote. “Looking forward to my next destination. Stay Tuned.”
The 32-year-old Jackson averaged 18.9 yards per catch last season, hauling in 41 passes for 774 yards and four touchdowns.
