Just how bad are the Chicago Bears this season? Let’s just say they aren’t even favored at home against an 0-3 Denver Broncos team that lost 70-20 to the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.
The Bears-Broncos contest at Soldier Field will feature three helpless teams that have struggled mightily on both sides of the ball. The oddsmakers, however, are favoring the team that just gave up the second-most points ever in a game by three:
Miami became the first team in 57 years to put up 70 points in a game. Washington was the first to do so on Nov. 27, 1966, having defeated the rival New York Giants by a final score of 72-41.
