By now, you’ve probably seen the viral video of DeMarcus Lawrence showing no desire to give his autograph to one young Giants fan following the Cowboys victory over their division rival.
“You need the right jersey, son,” Lawrence said to the child, who walked away with heartbreak on his face.
After a bunch of backlash about it, the Cowboys defensive end jumped on Twitter and was not only unapologetic but scoffed at the critics and delivered a very blunt message: “Suck it up.”
He received even more backlash for his response, even from his own fan base.
Check Lawrence’s Twitter timeline now, and it shows that he is actively showing just how much he loves the kids by posting posting and retweeting videos and pictures of him bowling, playing games, and donating backpacks with supplies to local youth.
